These Terms apply to all users of bte177.pro regardless of the device or browser used to access the Platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and accept them without reservation.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the bte177 website accessible at bte177.pro, including all associated pages, services, games, and features.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any service offered by bte177.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the native currency of the Platform wallet.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, referring to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other approved digital payment channels.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or any non-cash incentive credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in BDT that are available for betting and withdrawal, distinct from Bonus Funds.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bte177 employs NID-based age verification on every new Account. If it is discovered at any point that a Player is under 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID), a valid phone number registered in your name, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure without refund.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. bte177 reserves the right to merge or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein. If you have previously held an Account that was closed for breach of these Terms, you may not open a new Account without express written permission from bte177 support.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. bte177 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bte177 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bte177 accepts BDT deposits and processes BDT withdrawals exclusively through approved MFS channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card transactions (Visa, Mastercard) may be available at bte177's discretion. All transactions are denominated in BDT; bte177 does not maintain USD or multi-currency wallets.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction via bKash or Nagad. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly withdrawal caps are displayed on the cashier page of the Platform and are subject to change at bte177's discretion with reasonable notice. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

bte177 aims to process approved withdrawals within four (4) hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals may be subject to verification checks before processing. bte177 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before releasing funds, particularly for withdrawals that exceed standard thresholds or where account activity appears unusual. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where verification is required.

3.4 Player-Owned Payment Accounts

All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the bte177 Account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals — including transactions from accounts held in a family member's name — are not permitted. Transactions originating from or directed to unverified third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

3.5 No Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your MFS provider or bank in relation to a bte177 transaction is considered a breach of these Terms. bte177 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant Account, offset the disputed amount against any remaining balance, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where fraudulent intent is suspected.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers published on the bte177 Platform are available to eligible Players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new Players on first deposit and to existing Players as described in the relevant promotional communication. bte177 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are stated in full on the relevant promotion page before a Player opts in. Players are urged to read bonus terms carefully prior to accepting any promotional offer. bte177 will not waive wagering requirements retroactively.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

bte177 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using a bonus in combination with matched betting, arbitrage, or low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; and exploiting technical errors to claim unintended bonus credits. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated balances forfeited and will be permanently closed.

4.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

bte177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to an active promotion will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account under the original terms, provided those funds have not yet expired.

5. Game Rules and Betting

5.1 Game Availability

The games and betting markets available on the bte177 Platform are provided by third-party game studios and data providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. bte177 does not control the rules of individual games — those are governed by the respective provider's game engine and are displayed within the game interface. 5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

5.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, game provider error, or communication failure that results in a bet being placed or settled incorrectly, bte177 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account. bte177 is not liable for losses arising from technical errors caused by a Player's own device, browser, or internet connection.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on bte177, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 internationals), football, and other events, are governed by the specific market rules displayed within the sportsbook. In-play betting odds are updated in real time; once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. bte177 reserves the right to suspend markets, refuse bets, or void settled bets where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, data feed errors, or event abandonment.

7. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of bte177.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not use the bte177 Platform for any of the following purposes:

• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated bots, scripts, scraping tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, harvest data, or manipulate outcomes;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or IP-masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or introduce malicious code into any part of the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Impersonating another person or entity in connection with your Account.

Violation of any prohibited use provision may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bte177's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises. bte177 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits or loss of opportunity, whether or not bte177 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bte177 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Planned maintenance windows, emergency patches, and third-party infrastructure outages may result in temporary unavailability. bte177 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned outages in advance where possible.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

bte177 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is transmitted using TLS 1.3 encryption and is stored on secure, access-controlled servers.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bte177 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 13. Severability

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

14. Entire Agreement

They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
